NEW Stretch Class!
We are delighted to announce that we have added a Monday @ 7.15pm stretch class with Carl. Each stretch class focusses on simple movements that can be performed at home without the need for equipment, taking joints through increased ranges of movement, whilst building strength and flexibility.

If this is of interest to you, and you would like to take part in these classes, you will need to register with Team Up, as all bookings and payments will go through this app

Sleeping Tips for a Healthy Spine:
💤 Sleep posture matters just as much as sitting posture!
🛏 Side sleepers: Place a pillow between your knees to keep hips aligned.
😌 Back sleepers: Add a small pillow under knees for spinal support.
❌ Stomach sleepers: Try to switch — it twists your neck & strains your back.

Morning Movement Routine - Wake up and move your spine! 🌞
Try this quick 5-minute routine before you start your day:
1️⃣ Cat-Cow stretch – 10 reps
2️⃣ Child’s Pose – 30 seconds
3️⃣ Pelvic Tilts – 10 reps
4️⃣ Shoulder Rolls – 10 reps
5️⃣ Gentle Neck Circles – 5 each side
Keep it consistent and your spine will love you for it 💪

Heat vs. Ice - the low down...
🤔 Heat or Ice? That’s one of the most common questions we get!
❄️ Use ICE for new injuries, swelling, or sharp pain (within the first 24–48 hours).
🔥 Use HEAT for stiffness, muscle tension, or chronic aches.
⏱ 15–20 minutes at a time — and never directly on the skin!
