I’m offering this workshop and would love your familiar faces there if any of you fancy this. I will be teaching a grounding and calming technique that I offer in my embodied processing sessions and will be teaching ways you can enhance your daily lives with essential oils and you will be able to make a beautiful roller ball to take away and use to help improve wellbeing. This is a unique and enjoyable offering that I’d love you to be a part of if you’d like to. Places can also be bought as gifts to loved ones.
