I’m off… First of all I just wanted to say a huge, huge thank you to everyone who has supported me and the studio as we took on the new space this year. Running a business isn’t easy but you wonderful people make it so so enjoyable. I’ll be in Goa for a few weeks, teaching yoga, practicing yoga and resting. I will be back fully refreshed and full of new inspiration in a few weeks. Until then I am leaving you in the hands of the wonderful team 🤎 I’ll see you all on the other side 🫶🏼 PS. Photo was from last time I was in Goa… not sure I can handstand like that anymore 😅
