Hi, Dancers & Biodancers! 👋
Biodanza is a joyful way to come back to our instincts and feel all our emotions especially the positive ones, like joy and love.
We do this by dancing in a circle at the beginning and end (alpha and omega), doing our own dance(s), and connecting with others in pairs and small groups so as to express our vitality, creativity, affectivity and sexuality.
We will also merge energetically into the collective, the one, the source, god/dess/ the universe dissolving our corporeal limits before returning to our individual identities.
The whole experience invariably leaves people feeling nourished and relaxed.
Next Wednesday 10th Dec., on our final vivencia of 2025, we will be finding our own unique Balance 🙏 We will also feel into the DIVINE energies of the Angels💖
Do join us at the Maypole Hall in Paganhill from 7 till 9. A tenner at the door 👍

Biodanza classes will resume on September 10th at 7pm in Maypole Hall on the Stratford Road. There’s plenty of parking and a small, friendly group of regular dancers.

New dancers are warmly welcomed and we also look forward to seeing those we have danced with before. If you’re looking to embrace a change this Autumn, come and join us. Biodanza is an excellent antidote for loneliness, feeling stuck or lost, depression, anxiety, lack of connection (to self and others).

Come and dance with us. We guarantee you’ll feel better if you do.

No need to book. Just turn up wearing clothing you can move in.

Dear all, I hope you are basking in sunshine wherever you are.

Rebecca, Alicia and I are planning to meet and eat at the Long Table in Brimscome. The Long Table is pay-as-you-can Community restaurant which caters for all tastes. It’s in a beautiful spot by the river and has a bar, plenty of parking and often there is live music.

We would love it if you would join us on Friday August 22nd at 7pm.

We meet every Wednesday at Paganhill Maypole Hall at the top of Stratford Road (by the Tesco mini-mart) at 7pm until 9pm. No need to book, you can just turn up.
