With 14 different 30 minute sessions throughout the day, across both studios, all completely FREE for you to join!
This Open Day is a relaxed, friendly opportunity to explore Yoga & Pilates in a way that feels accessible and welcoming. Whether you’re completely new, returning after a break, or curious about a different style or teacher, you’re very welcome.

Sessions throughout the day include a mix of: gentle & dynamic yoga, Pilates, slow flow, mindful movement and meditation, sessions designed especially for beginners, restorative yoga and yoga chanting.
You’re welcome to book more than one session, and you don’t need any previous experience, flexibility, or special kit - just come as you are.
