🚘 HOME VISITS 🚘

I am already mobile, visiting homes and yards to treat dogs and horses, but did you know I am able to offer home visits for people too?

I offer Bowen and Reiki in your own home if you are unable to travel to Ownzone, the clinic I treat from in Stroud

This means my therapies are available to everyone!

I do have a few requirements;

🚘 Access to your home must be easy - my couch is heavy to carry - so no stairs, steep drives and no long walks.

🚘 You will need to create space for me to set up my couch in a room

🚘The treatment is your time, so please ensure you will not be disturbed by visitors, phone calls etc.....

🚘 Stroud and immediate surrounding area only - travel costs will be added after 10 miles.

Payment is due at the time of treatment please - cash or cheque is ideal, bank transfers are accepted.

Wise words indeed! 🌳 We need to get outside and immerse ourselves back into nature 🌱.

🌞 Nature isn't all sunny warm days, it's sometimes wet and wild....there is nothing more invigorating that coming home after a good walk with the wind and rain on your face - it helps regulate our stress hormones and helps release happy ones, and that's scientifically proven.

We are seeing more frequent "weather warnings ⚠️ " on social media and 99% of the time its just "normal" seasonal weather.

We must start thinking for ourselves, stop letting SM and the press trickle feeding fear into our lives.

Spending time in nature, no phones, no distractions, has been scientifically proven to reduce adrenaline and cortisol, reduce blood pressure, help regulate our immune systems, improve sleep and much more.... and it's FREE to do!! 🌳🍁

Found: only the Reiki group had significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure at all stages - pre and post surgery and after 24 hours. (Compared to those who had sham Reiki, and Standard of Care) "

👌 When my first Bowen client of the day walks in and says, "I have no pain! I haven't taken and pain relief for 2 weeks now!" It reminds me yet again, just why I love my work and this amazing therapy so much. ❤️
