🌷Time out in the garden in the spring sunshine really awakens our senses.

🐦‍⬛No need for background music - the birds singing and early bees buzzing is enough. Sight of colourful spring flowers make you smile.

Just like certain essential aromatherapy oils - the aroma of a carefully chosen blend can uplift our spirits and help rebalace our emotions.
The zesty smell of citrus oils in particular works really well.

So I'm off to make a blend of Bergamot, Petitgrain, and Grapefruit for my steam diffuser to keep those good vibes going into the evening.

The gloomy outlook from the Garden room is not too cheery a sight again this morning. Even the birds are absent from the feeders!
