Bodywork, Healing & Relaxation weekend course coming up!
The next foundation course will now be running over the weekend of April 25th / 26th.
This is for people with ANY level of experience, who want to learn more about floor based massage and healing therapy from a unique, holistic perspective, become more competent and understanding in how to bring relief and relaxation to the body, and aid in the wellbeing of friends and family.
Perfect for people who want to become more competent and understanding of bodywork without investing huge amounts of time, energy and money into a full training. I also hope that for some people, this might inspire them to go down that road.
Also plenty of value for practicing massage therapists who would like to gain more knowledge and floor based techniques in traditional Thai massage and also many other perspectives of energy healing, energy management, connecting with clients, breathwork and visualisation.
Participant's Review of the last course;
"I had the pleasure of attending a weekend-long Thai massage workshop led by Tristan, and it was excellent. There was a beautiful balance between learning and relaxing, giving and receiving. The depth of the teaching went beyond other workshops I’ve experienced, including thoughtful preparation beforehand and clear guidance for continuing your practice afterward. The space was held in a calm, grounded, and nurturing way, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The closing sound bath and Tristan’s singing were a perfect, heart-warming ending."

So over 2 full days we'll be learning:
*A full Thai yoga massage sequence from toes to head (all fully clothed.)
*Energy healing / personal energy management techniques.
*How to stretch, and help eachother stretch effectively and safely.
*How to use simple techniques to relieve tension, inflammation and address common physical ailments.
*Learn breathwork techniques
- ALL without the need for ANY specialised equipment or even massage oil.
The weekend will take place at the Stroud scout hall with kitchen facilities so people can organise their own food and keep prices really accessible:
There is also plenty of room for people to stay over if need be, but they will need to provide their own bedding.
It will be £200 per person and I will need a £50 deposit to join with the remainder of the payment due around April 18th.
