My answer to that would be “absolutely not” in fact the older you get the more important it becomes to keep moving.

Steve is in his 70s and I’ve had the pleasure of having him as my PT client for a while now. He’s now moving better than he used to and we’ve seen massive improvements in his posture and form. It’s not always about building strength. Building and maintaining mobility is just as important if not more so.

In the CrossFit box and getting back to what I love 💙

I wasn't able to do what everyone else was doing and yes I had to use an empty bar and scale things right back and adapt to accommodate my recovery.

But did i still get a damn good workout.....hell yes I did!! The sweaty brow was proof of that 😂

Never be disappointed with scaling a workout. Every workout has a purpose. The most important thing is that you showed up, and gave it a go!

Sometimes you get thrown curve balls but life is all about adapting right?!

Will a busted ankle stop me? Hell no!!! It might mean I can't make it to , play rugby or run for a few weeks but it won't stop me from exercising.... especially when then head needs it more than the body.

Upper body strength and tabata home gym session it is!
