Graduating from the University of Essex with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and attending postgraduate courses has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal injury assessment, treatment, and injury prevention strategies.

I'm highly looking forward to working at Physio Motive to utilise my skills in sports massage, manual therapy, along with extensive personal training qualifications, to provide tailored treatment programs that optimise my patients recovery.

My particular interests lie in managing shoulder, neck, and lower back pain due to the complexities of these areas, and the skills I have developed have led to high success rates in patient improvement.

When I am not focused on improving my patients' well-being, you can find me strength training in the gym or working on my serve on the tennis court. Additionally, I enjoy watching boxing and planning my next holiday, wherever that may take me.
