Ending the week feeling very grateful here in the therapy room 💚

The week began by attending a UK Pranic Healing training course as part of ongoing CPD, helping to review and enhance advanced healing techniques. Continuous learning is so important to ensure clients always receive the highest standard of care.

It has then been a full and meaningful week offering Pranic Healing to clients seeking support with:

• Anxiety• Phobias• Obsessive thoughts• Sciatica• Nerve damage• Raynaud’s• Cancer support• COPD• Recovery from sepsis• Hypertension• Kidney function concerns• Piriformis syndrome• Support to stop smoking• Prolapse• Frequent UTIs

Every client brings their own journey and it is always a privilege to support people as they begin to feel calmer, stronger and more hopeful.

We also enjoyed a wonderful meditation evening last night. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a peaceful and supportive space.

This weekend I’m attending an Advanced Pranic Healing class as part of my CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

Even though I’m already qualified in this level, it’s really valuable to return and review the class. Healing is something that benefits hugely from practice and gentle refinement and revisiting advanced techniques helps keep everything clear, confident and effective.

These classes are always a lovely opportunity to slow down and really focus on the foundations, while also deepening understanding. Often, small reminders or adjustments can make a big difference to how treatments flow and how clients respond.

It’s also a chance to spend time with other practitioners, share experiences and continue learning together, which is always supportive and inspiring.

Ongoing CPD is an important part of being a therapist, helping to make sure I’m offering the safest and best possible care to the people who trust me with their healing journey.

I’m really looking forward to a calm and enjoyable weekend of learning and reconnecting with these advanced techniques.

I wanted to share this review as it’s a helpful example of how people sometimes describe their experience of Pranic Healing.

Pranic Healing is a complementary practice that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself, particularly when stress is involved.

Everyone’s experience is individual and sessions can be carried out in person or at a distance.

Supporting people in Sudbury, the surrounding Suffolk area and further afield is something I value greatly.

People often come to Pranic Healing quietly.

Not because they’re chasing something new … but because they’re tired of carrying things that haven’t shifted.

🫩Chronic aches that flare up without warning.

Pranic Healing offers a different approach.

There’s no physical touch and no need to talk through everything you’ve been dealing with unless you want to.

The session works with the body’s energy system, gently clearing congestion, restoring balance and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Sessions are available in person in Sudbury, Suffolk, or remotely for those further away or who prefer to receive healing from home. Many people are surprised to find that remote sessions are just as effective.

I wanted to share some lovely feedback from recent Pranic Healing sessions. Every person’s experience is unique, but it’s always encouraging to hear how the body responds when stress and imbalance begin to ease.

💬 “Omg Lorna, the red rash on my eyelids (from lupus) is so much more faded. Keep up the good work. You could help so many people who suffer this awful rash.”

💬 A client who came for an initial consultation explained that stress had caused their lichen planus in the mouth to flare up again, along with a painful rash on the leg.

After just one treatment, they shared that:

The leg rash had improved by around 80%
The mouth symptoms were about 50% better

💬 Another client attending with sciatica said that after two treatments:

• The pain was much improved
• They were able to stop taking prescribed medication
• Walking felt easier
• The pain was now nowhere near what it had been

Pranic Healing works alongside the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself, particularly where stress is involved. I feel very grateful to support people on their healing journey.

Our next Twin Hearts Meditation takes place on Thursday 22nd January, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at 14 Gainsborough Street, Sudbury, Suffolk.

This is a simple, guided meditation and no experience is needed. You’ll be gently led through the session and can take it entirely at your own pace.

People often say they leave feeling calmer, clearer and more relaxed, with better sleep afterwards.

Welcome to my page - Suffolk Reiki.

My name is Lorna Kruger and I have been practising Reiki for 2 years.

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation method that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner’s hands. The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universal Life" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "universal life force energy." This type of healing started in the late 1800s in Japan and is now practiced across the world. Reiki energy is not based on belief, faith or suggestion.

Reiki is based on the idea that energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki is shared by "laying on hands", it is non-invasive and no pressure or manipulation is involved. During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table in a relaxing environment.

Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable deep relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, give a feeling of inner calm and contentment, increase energy levels and reduce other symptoms of illness.
