🌞Friday Reflections – Suffolk Pranic Healing🌞
This week we honoured the Mahasamadhi of Master Choa Kok Sui, the modern founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.
Through his many books and courses, thousands of people around the world have learned the energetic techniques and spiritual principles he shared to help improve health, relationships, prosperity and spiritual growth. One of his great gifts was simplifying complex teachings so they could be clearly understood and applied in everyday life.
With gratitude, love and respect we honour The Teacher and continue sharing these teachings through treatments, meditation and courses to help alleviate suffering.
Our Twin Hearts Meditation group on Thursday was well attended, with beautiful energy in the room and some gentle emotional healing taking place.
During treatments this week clients were supported with a wide range of conditions including:
• Asthma
• COPD
• Hypertension
• Grief
• Depression
• Stress and anxiety
• Phobias
• Raynaud’s
• Prolapse
• Haemorrhoids
• Kidney function issues
• Emphysema
• Sciatica
• Piriformis discomfort
The recent sunshine has been teasing us with the arrival of Spring, bringing lighter mornings and a welcome boost of energy. It feels like a lovely time to focus on restoring balance, health and inner calm.
My week is finishing with a little family time away in Stratford-upon-Avon, which feels like a lovely way to close a busy and rewarding week of treatments.
If you feel you may benefit from a Pranic Healing treatment, appointments are now being taken for the week beginning 6 April in Gainsborough Street, Sudbury or remotely.
If you are unsure whether Pranic Healing could help with a particular condition, you are very welcome to send a message and ask.
