Massage isnโt just about easing muscles, itโs a whole-body reset. Sometimes, after your treatment, you might feel a bit off balance. You might notice:

These are ALL completely normal.
When we release tension in the body, weโre not just working on the muscles weโre shifting stored energy, stress, and emotion that the bodyโs been quietly holding onto. Your nervous system moves from โfight or flightโ to โrest and heal.โ Which means you can feel quite emotional after.
Think of it like a reset button the body lets go of what it no longer needs, and sometimes that letting go feels big.
So donโt be alarmed. Drink water. Rest. Feel. Cry if you need to. Sleep if your body asks for it. Youโre not โreacting wrongโ youโre responding naturally.
This work is physical, emotional, and yes spiritual. It connects body and mind, and that connection can be powerful.
