At KB Body Dynamics, we use various techniques to restore balance to the muscular-skeletal system, resulting in pain relief and a greater range of motion. Sports massage has many additional benefits for the body, helping to stimulate blood circulation and lymph fluids. This helps to keep the body fit, healthy, aids in preventing injury and restores mobility to injured muscles. A build-up of tension in the muscles can lead to stress on the joints, ligaments and tendons, which results in a higher risk of muscular injuries and pain. Regular sports massage can help prevent this, and prevent future injuries.

Due to a raise in room hire cost and other costs I have no other option but to raise my treatment prices!! This is the first time I’ve had to do this in 10 years my new prices will be

£40 for an hour treatment
£25 for a half hour treatment
£15 for under 16’s
This will take effect from the 3rd of January

Hope you all understand and appreciate the reason for this, I would like to thankyou you all for your continued support and wish you all a happy new year 🎉
