Last night I had the absolute pleasure of being invited to the MenoPals Cardiff & Vale event to share a talk and live demonstration with the incredible women who attended.

What a powerful, open, and supportive space.
What a reminder of how much community matters.
And what an honour to contribute to a group doing such meaningful work for women at every stage of menopause.

Thank you to everyone who came along, asked questions, got involved, and trusted me to guide you through the demonstration.

And a huge thank you to Emma of the MenoPals team for the invitation and the warm welcome. The work you’re doing is changing conversations, building confidence, and helping women feel seen, informed, and supported.

I’M EXCITED TO BE SPEAKING AT THE MENOPALS SULLY EVENT

I’m delighted to share that I’ve been invited to deliver a talk at the Menopals Sully Event on 1st April, held at the Old School Church Community Hall, South Road, Sully, Penarth, CF64 5TG, from 7.30pm to 9pm.

I’ll be discussing the benefits of my treatment and how it can support women navigating the challenges of menopause — from energy and mood to overall wellbeing. As well as offering tasters of the treatment to anyone interested in trying it

I truly hope to see both familiar faces and prospective new clients there. Come on ladies — this will be a genuinely informative and empowering evening focused on menopause and feeling your best.

Today a client attended for a routine treatment, during which I carried out blood testing and performed a Kardia 6‑Lead ECG. The device flagged *Possible Atrial Fibrillation* on all three readings taken.

I advised him to go straight to his GP for urgent medical assessment, which he agreed to do.

Moments like this are a powerful reminder of why regular checks are so important. Many people walk around unaware of underlying issues that can be identified early with simple, non‑invasive testing. Early detection truly can make all the difference.

My Personal Facelift Journey — Finally!

As some of my clients know, I’ve been waiting forever for Tia (my daughter) to fit me in for a course of facial/facelift treatments — she’s been so busy that it just hasn’t been possible.

In the meantime, many of you know that Tracy of Unique Facials by Tracy has recently trained and launched her own business offering this treatment. So… I decided to finally go for it.

Here are my own results, photos taken by me - the first photo was taken after my first treatment and the second photo after completing a 6‑week course (one treatment per week).

I’m honestly so impressed with the difference. I didn’t realise quite how tired and inflamed I was looking until I saw the comparison. A little bit of a shock, a lot of relief, and a huge dose of “why didn’t I do this sooner”

Feeling fresh, lifted, and very grateful.
