Easing into 2025 festivities with you was, truly magical. 🙏🏽✨🌲❤️❄️

Good company, great intention, amazing creative, makes (those wreaths though 😍) coupled with divine soul food and a whole heap on 2026 "umph" has filled my heart.

ABUNDANCE // 💫🌲❄️🙏🏽✨🍄🪶 I've spent today foraging across beautiful Welsh Countryside in readiness for this Friday's Down At The River 'Supper Club'.

Outside of what our farmers traditionally grow, their land also sports, incredible trees and plants (go chat with them, ask questions and look at the landscape!).

If you've been to one of our retreats you know my thoughts on supporting good, local produce.

Today, I extended that ethos as I purchased materials for Fridays Wreath Making, Supper Club (have you ever seen a Holly Bush so glossy 😍!?).

I think it's so important to know what you're consuming / working with, always supporting locally grown where ever possible.

There really is an abundance of magic out there!

I'm so excited to work with the best nature has to offer in making our wreaths this Friday (your supper, equally as special 😋).

Where we'll talk all things magic and manifestation as we reflect upon 2025. Affirming your 2026 aspirations, inspirations and motivations into your very own beautifully, hand crafted wreath.

You'll create meaningful pieces woven with magic and intent, taking them home to display throughout the festive period.

Each unique wreath will represent as a symbol of peace, protection and all that your heart desires for the year ahead!

This Full Strawberry Moon in Sagittarius ♐ offers a time of great renewed energy. Think adventure, freedom, joy and contentment.

Here's the catch........

This Strawberry Full Moon will be the lowest, Full Moon we’ve experienced in years and she'll expose ALL (if you're conceling something, you might want to read on!).

It's time to clear out the conflicting energy & speak your truth. Gossiping mistruth, just won't do! If you didn't experience it for yourself, keep it out of your mouth and if you've done wrong, it's your time of ownership. This energy will serve you well, where TRUTH is concerned.

When it comes to relationships; do not leave any stone unturned! I'm talking about partnerships AND friendships.

BREATHE AT THE BEACH // with bowls ! Join us for the next master class on 19/7/25 from 07:15 AM at Barry Island Beach.

This time we'll finish with a beautifully uplifting yet deeply relaxing, soul soothing sound bath!!! YAY!

Here's the deets.....Join us at Barry Island Beach to experience the magic of 'Down At The Rivers' Breathe at the Beach' master class meets 'Bowls with Soul'.

In the honouring of our mind, body and soul we'll work with our breath in the releasing of all that no longer serves us.

Embracing the elements, the ocean and all things Mother Nature we'll beach walk, energy work and paddle as we soak up this soul soothing experience to re-balance, re-align and RE-EMPOWER!

To the sound of the waves we'll finish with an uplifting, yet deeply soul soothing sound bath hosted by the lovely Claire Doyle; Sound Healer & Holistic Therapist.
