Today, we pause as a community here in Staines-upon-Thames to remember the brave men and women who gave their tomorrow's for the freedoms we cherish today

Their courage, their sacrifice, and their unwavering spirit continue to inspire us.
we are reminded that remembrance is not only about the past — it’s about carrying their legacy forward with gratitude and kindness every day.

To all who served, and to those who still do — thank you. We will never forget.

We’ve got 30 million reasons to say thank you ✨🥳!

Since 2013, we’ve raised an absolutely AMAZING £30m for Cancer Research UK 🙌.

We did this together, as one incredible Slimming World family – with every item donated to the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw, and every step taken for Race for Life and the London Marathon 🤗.

🧁🍎 HALF TERM… and that fridge door’s getting more action than Netflix! 😂

Be honest — how many times has it opened today already? 👀
The kids are home, the snacks are calling, and you’ve probably said “don’t eat that, dinner is soon!” more times than you can count 😅

But here’s the thing — while the fridge is working overtime, you can still take a moment for yourself 💚

Half term might feel like chaos, but it’s actually the perfect time to start your Slimming World journey!

✅ Family-friendly meals everyone will love
✅ Real food (yes, even chips!)
✅ A friendly group ready to cheer you on — not judge the contents of your fridge 😂
