Through a brief consultation I will be able to gauge the best approach to reduce any tension or soreness you may be feeling whether it be from your working role, sports injuries or general lifestyle niggles. I myself have worked in an office environment and have a sporting background therefore I am sure I would have felt similar discomfort. My therapy will get into those tense / tight areas and leave you feeling relaxed but somewhat energised. I will also offer advice on how to avoid possible injuries or techniques to promote healing of current injuries. Hello friends, family & followers.

Although I am really enjoying my time in education it doesn't come without sacrifices and I am now in a position where it has become necessary to reduce my working hours to accomodate university placements and family life.

As from now my working hours are:
Wednesdays 10am - 3pm
Saturdays 1:30pm - 6:30pm
