🌟 Changes to How You Order Prescriptions 🌟
To help us manage calls more safely and efficiently, from 1 March we’ll only be able to take prescription requests by phone between 2pm and 4pm.
We’d love for patients to use the NHS App for repeat prescriptions — it’s quick, easy, and available anytime.
📅 And from 1 September, we’ll no longer be able to accept prescription requests by telephone.
We know digital services don’t work for everyone, and that’s completely okay. If you’re unable to use the NHS App due to disability, language, literacy, or access to technology, we can offer reasonable adjustments, including:
✔ Ordering through your nominated pharmacy
✔ Using a paper repeat slip at reception
✔ Asking a nominated person to order on your behalf
