Pain doesn’t just “appear out of nowhere.”
It’s almost always your body reacting to one (or a combination) of these:
1️⃣ A movement you repeat too often
Not necessarily because it’s bad, but because the tissues never get time to recover or adapt.
2️⃣ A movement you never do
Weak, underused muscles stop supporting the body, so other areas work overtime and start complaining.
3️⃣ A sudden spike in load
New gym routine? Weekend DIY warrior? Longer run than usual?
Your body likes progression, not surprises.
4️⃣ Stress, sleep and life pressure
Your nervous system becomes more sensitive when you’re run-down, tight, stressed or fatigued.
Pain isn’t just physical, it’s influenced by your whole environment.
5️⃣ Moving with fear or avoiding movement altogether
Resting forever doesn’t fix pain. It often makes tissues less tolerant.
