Tea tonight 5% Beef Burgers topped with low fat cheese slice and an onion ring using field mushrooms as the bun. Served with SW chips, peas and salad😋

SPEEDY MADRAS STYLE CURRY

When you want a tasty curry but without all the fat to stay on track with your weight loss , this is a winner 😁😋
Served 4
Swips per portion mine was 3.5 as only had half a portion of the rice, and 2tbsp of the dips the sauce jar works out less than half a swip per serving.
Used one of my healthy fibre choices for the Slimming World garlic and coriander naan 😁

It’s National Pizza Day... though I never need an excuse to grab a slice of the action 😉!

Thankfully, with Slimming World, I can enjoy all my favourite foods (yes, even pizza 🍕!) while still meeting my weight loss goals... and so can you 🙌.
