Menopausal Mother 🥵😁🥲😂🤪🍰🍑🍔🍕🍌🥒🥑🥒🍿
So here’s the thing, Im having hot flushes, want to strip off on the spot, in the supermarket while im driving or in group and flailing around in the bed covers and soooo hungry on some days I could eat my fist😄 (its just as welm with our generous Food Optimising plan I can eat to satisfy my appetite with out gaining weight by fulling uo on food which have the lowest calories)

We all have different symptoms of the menopause such as mood changes, joint pain and stiffness, disrupted sleep ( I can’t remember when I slept right through without getting up for a wee, glasses of water stripping off with the heat) 😢and it wears me out I want to go back to bed by tea time the next day.
