It’s Giving Tuesday today, a global day of generosity 💜
Think of it as the yin to the yang of Black Friday.

We are raising funds for su***de prevention charity and supporting the work they do around mental health wellbeing across the UK.

You can get involved by purchasing a raffle ticket in the studio from today, £1 per ticket and buy as many as you like!
Drop the ticket in the raffle box at the studio and we’ll be picking the winners out on Saturday 13th.

Prizes on offer include:
💜 one month’s complete membership
💜 private pod class for you and your mates or colleagues (up to 24 people in total)
💜 Hotpod yoga mat

Plus any other goodies we can get our hands on from local businesses.

Rach has joined our teaching team, jumping in to cover classes at the studio.

Rach is a yoga teacher and outdoor lover, feeling most at home when moving her body and out in nature, even better when she can combine the two.

With a regular yoga practice since 2018, she’s found herself leaning into a slower, more restorative and mindful practice. Expect intuitive, flowing classes with lots of time for stillness.

It’s not very often you see us with washed hair and in regular clothes, rather than our usual yoga gear, we scrub up well!
We managed to rally half the teaching team for a pre Xmas evening out yesterday.
Thanks to Joe and the Wildfire Pizza Team for feeding us so well.
And MINI and Vertu Sunderland MINI for lending us the wheels💜

I can’t believe it’s our 6th birthday this weekend!!!

I’m so grateful for every single person who’s come along to a class in the pod, on the beach, park, retreat, online ( remember those) and has made our studio and community what it is today.

And a massive thanks to my fellow teachers, many who started as customers and are now teachers and friends.

I’ve done the maths and we’ve delivered over 13,000 classes or events over the past 6 years, crazy!
