Join us for our first Monthly Guided Meditation at Lambton Community Hub on Friday 19th July, 6pm-7pm.

Escape the stresses of day to day life with an hour of blissful, restorative and relaxing meditation. You will be guided through your journey by Sheryl of Inhale Meditation and Yoga, using words and sound to help you deeply relax.

Last week to get early bird tickets for our mini retreat. The price will go up to £45 on the 10th March.

We are calling it a mini retreat, but the schedule is far from mini! All you need. to bring is an open mind and heart……….and maybe a yoga mat!

Opening up with cacao and gratitude before warming up with some Kundalini based movement.

Mindful movement is next on the menu and if you were at our last event you know we all had so much fun with this. Based on ecstatic dance, moving your body to sound and dancing like no one is watching..

Flow with Rachel from .and.sole, before breaking for food..

Slowing down the pace with a Yin Yang flow, themed around Spring and the Equinox before floating away with a Yoga Nidra meditation….

We’ll take a short break here before finishing with the soothing vibes of Alex bathing us in sound.

It’s been 2 whole years since I opened the doors to Inhale and for most of that time, I have stayed under most people’s radar taking small classes in my space in Norfolk Street.. Working full time at my ‘day job’ made it hard to offer regular classes or approach any of the amazing studios we have here in the North East so I decided to make my own opportunities that gave me the flexibility and freedom to teach when I could.. The early days of Inhale came to life in a bedroom in my parent’s house where I was recovering from major surgery. I got the keys 2 weeks later and I had my own space! Another 4 weeks late, I taught my first class there via zoom to Rishikesh as part of my final part of my second 200hrs teacher training… Now 2 years later, a new space and different offering, I don’t know what direction it may take or what that looks like right now but I am sure that I’ll roll with it..

A yoga class specifically for anyone living with cancer or in recovery starting on Tuesday 30th JANUARY 2024. Yoga can help you cope with the impact of diagnosis & managing the many side effects of treatment.

This is a nonprofit class to help support anyone impacted by cancer. My hope is to bring together people with shared experiences to support each other and to provide a space where you feel understood and not alone.

Yoga from 3.30pm - 4.30pm with the option to stay , chat & have tea afterwards.

Movement is also medicine! Let’s get together & support one another.

A little bit about me! We’ve had a few new followers since we moved to the new space, so it’s looooong over due that I post to introduce myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

My name is Sheryl and I’m a yoga addict…. well I’ve managed to clock up over a 1000 training hours since starting my first teacher training at the end of 2020. I am a bit of a philomath (Knowledge j***y) and love to learn, not just limited to yoga in all its forms!

Styles I’m trained in: Vinyasa• Hatha• Yin• Kundalini• Yoga for women’s health• Chair yoga• Yoga Nidra

I’m trained in meditation and currently working towards my 300hr advanced CMTT. Other training includes advanced anatomical training specifically for yoga, yoga philosophy and psychology, Ta***ic Yoga, breath work, marma point therapy.

Outside of the yoga, I’m a Reiki practitioner, certified in aromatherapy, crystal healing and Indian head massage.

My workshops are a unique blend of my collective learnings and I truly pour my heart and soul into each one. My other great love is travel and this year I’m off to Nepal to volunteer with a local NGO to help in a women’s empowerment program.

On a more personal note, I suffer from major confidence issues due to past trauma and that was part of the reason I started Inhale. I started in 2022 taking classes with limited numbers, specifically for people who may not feel comfortable in a larger group, with the philosophy that even just one person was a class. I still practice that philosophy now and opening my own space has allowed me the flexibility to fit teaching around my other work commitments.
