Kinesiology Therapeutic (KT) tape is used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery. KT Tape can be used to prevent or treat many common muscle and joint related injuries including: sprains, muscle strains, and tendonitis.

As you are all aware there is a new virus making all the headlines.

As always I am putting all the standard practice procedures in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for all my clients.

✅ Wiping down plinth pre and post massage.
✅Washing hands pre and post massage.
✅Ensuring fresh towels are used for each client.
✅Hand sanitiser available for all clients pre and post massage.

❌Do not book an appointment if your are feeling unwell, there is always another time.

I am taking these measures simply as a precaution to ensure the hygiene for all clients during appointments.

As far as I am concerned it is business as normal until told otherwise.
