Our Stef from our 5.30 session at Bethany City Church 🩷
I’m really not the biggest fan of giving myself some props where it’s deserved but I know Gillian Whitfield wont let me live it down otherwise. The pic on the left is me at the end of last year, hitting the gym 3-4 times a week and then giving it up completely cause it was getting me no where, I thought I was eating all of the right things. The pic on the right is me the other day after having lost 2 and a half stone with slimming world. I’m not at my target weight, but I do feel a lot better in myself and I dont feel so self conscious when people want to take pictures now which was my mental target, so thats been reached. I would have laughed at you if last year you had told me I’d join slimming world but actually its been really eye opening and not as cult-like as I thought it would be. 😂 Heres to aiming for another 2 stone off.
