I don't know about you, but Every January, we’re told this is the time to change everything.
But most resolutions are built on pressure, not compassion — and when they don’t last, we end up blaming ourselves.
That’s why I don’t believe in big promises or all-or-nothing thinking.
Real wellbeing is created through small, realistic actions that fit into your actual life — especially when you’re busy, tired, or overwhelmed.
This year, let’s stop aiming for perfection and start aiming for consistency.
