Thursdays 6.30pm st michaels community centre Stannington Grove beginners and improvers meditation . Iyengar Yoga.

Fridays 12.30pm st michaels community centre Stannington Grove Gentle accessible yoga and qigong followed by mindfulness meditation provided by the little company of calm . A health and well-being class .
Not mandatory, but we have drinks and biscuits afterwards

Just a reminder that yoga is taking a break over Easter, all classes back wc : 28th April

29th April tuesday tesco community room 6.30pm new beginners and improvers iyengar yoga

1st may st michaels community centre Stannington Grove new beginners and improvers iyengar yoga

Friday 2nd may st michaels community centre Stannington Grove 12.30 till 2 gentle accessible yoga and qigong followed by mindfulness meditation, accessible to all regardless of age or wellness. £7 or pay what you can
Followed by drinks , biscuits and a chat till 2.30 , free but not compulsory

Sorry all classes cancelled this week , I had hoped to get back. However I have tonsillitis and there's also no heating at St Michael's CC, will be fixed next week im told . So it seemed for the best to cancel the sessions below. . Get in touch for info if needed . Ashbrookeyoga@gmail.com
