Due to the success of the first 4 sessions across December, I have some new dates for January hibernation.

This beautiful restorative practice will benefit you physically and mentally promoting deep relaxation in the space between awake and asleep.

90 minutes of deep relaxation to reenergise and restore. The session is for up to 2 people - £70 for the 90 minutes in total. If you're doing it with a friend/partner, then thats just £35 each.

Available dates are:
Friday 9th January - 5.30pm
Thursday 15th January - 5.30pm
Thursday 22nd January - 5.30pm
Thursday 29th January - 5.30pm

😴 Coming in January 2026 😴

Starting in January 2026, I will be hosting small and bespoke Yoga Nidra sessions. They will be on a Wednesday evening 6-7pm.

Yoga Nidra literally translates to 'Yogic Sleep', it requires no movement, just lying still focusing on the breath, going inwards to that special place between awake and asleep. Its a very restorative practice which has health benefits both physically and mentally and is particularly good for supporting healthy sleep patterns. Heres an article with more info. The session will be £15 for 1 hour.

Such a lovely space last night for our Winter hibernation. 90 minutes of deep relaxation and rest. Restorative breathing, awareness of body and mind, such a joy to hold this space.

Ok, for our 3rd and final raffle (for now), I’ve made up this absolutely gorgeous basket of Temple Spa products. There’s over £350 worth of products in the basket 😊

There are cleansers, toners, moisturisers, masks, body creams, eye creams, our gorgeous Repose, elevator skin tightener, eye mask, face cloth, headband and so much more.

There are 25 tickets at £10 each. Draw will be made on 1st December - just in time for Christmas so you can gift to yourself, split it up or give to someone as a Christmas pressie - how lucky are they?
