🌿 Mindfulness Based Living – access the 8‑week course 🌿
Mindfulness is an innate capacity of the mind to be aware of the present moment in a non‑judgemental way — supporting healthier lives and helping us draw on inner resources to cope with stress, difficulty and illness.
The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is available for health and care staff and volunteers across the North East and North Cumbria as a practical self‑care strategy. It includes a 1‑hour introductory session, followed by an 8‑week course (8 classes, typically 2 hours each), plus 30 minutes of daily practice, and pre/post questionnaires to help explore its effectiveness.
