π Common worries when coming to a baby classβ¦and why you never need to stress at Lovabelle π
I know coming along to a baby class can feel a little overwhelming, especially if itβs your first time β but I promise you, youβre in the safest, most supportive space here.
Here are some of the things parents often worry aboutβ¦ and why itβs absolutely okay:
πΆ βWhat if my baby cries?β
Totally normal! All babies do. Youβre never judged here β Iβm right there to help reassure you, and everyone understands.
πΌ βWhat if my baby needs feeding halfway through?β
Please feed whenever your little one needs it. Bottle, breast, snacks for older ones⦠everything is baby-led.
π΄ βWhat if they sleep through the whole class?β
Still absolutely fine! Theyβre still soaking up the sounds, lights, and calm atmosphere. And you still get out of the house for you.
π© βWhat if we have a nappy explosion?β
It happens more often than youβd think! Take your time β no rush, no pressure.
π€± βI feel nervous coming aloneβ¦β
You wonβt be alone for long. Our classes are friendly, relaxed, and full of other parents who felt the exact same way on week one. But you donβt have to come alone your more than welcome to bring someone with you some often bring a partner, grandparent or friend.
π At Lovabelle, everything is baby-led β no expectations, no pressure, just a warm space to enjoy time with your little one.
If youβd like to join us this week for our last class of term, just pop me a message and Iβll let you know what spaces we have available.
