🎄 Wreath Making 🎄

We've had the perfect little day today for our wreath classes. Starting off with our family wreath class, followed by our adult class ✨️

A big thank you to Caroline from for running the sessions, providing us with the gorgeous equipment to make our wreaths, and talking us through everything step by step. Each year we run these sessions they become more and more my favourite thing to do with you in collaboration 🥰

Another big thank you to Christie, Sophie, and Riki from .uk for opening the cafe for us today too. Providing us with lots of tasty drinks and treats for us all to enjoy while we were crafting away. We absolutely love working alongside you all ☕️ 💚

A final thank you to our funders The National Lottery Community Fund for support this session for our community. It is so important to us that we make days like this accessible to all. Your funding means the world, especially time of year 💗✨️

I want to share something meaningful that I’ve been working on. It’s called Letters of Love. This project is for anyone who is grieving, missing someone, or wanting to send strength to another person who’s hurting. You can write a message to someone who is going through grief, write the name of the person you’ve lost, share a memory that still lives quietly in your heart, or write the words you never got the chance to say. Place your message inside an envelope and send it to the address I’ll provide. Each envelope will then become part of our Letters of Love Remembrance Board: a gentle collection of real stories, real emotions and real love. Once the board is complete, it will be donated somewhere special, where it will be respected, appreciated and truly needed. My hope is to gather all the letters before the new year, so we can enter 2026 carrying our loved ones with us, and knowing that no one is grieving alone.

Tonight our Power of 3 journey came to a peaceful close with Session 3: Relaxation.

We connected through breathwork, gratitude practices, grounding head massage and soothing stillness.

It’s a privilege to hold this space and witness others soften, release, and reconnect. 🌿💫

3 really is the magic number and I am forever grateful ✨✨✨
