Absolutely loved delivering singing therapy sessions at Collingwood Court care home & Silverline Memories yesterday! I love seeing improvement in co-ordination and confidence each month. The power of music! 🎶

We had a fabulous afternoon with Kayley Cares Vintage Singer. Everyone joined in with the singing, lots of laughter & a wonderful atmosphere in our centre.

Had such a great day yesterday singing at Philips Court & Eighton Lodge Care Home! Everyone was on top form ✨ there was head banging, interpretive dance, great backing vocals and lots of laughter!

Laughter is the best medicine! ❤️ I include laughing exercises in my Dementia Singing Therapy sessions warm up section ✨ it feels very weird at first but once everyone is laughing together it’s amazing! Link in bio for full session ✨

This is such a beautiful song ❤️ I learned it a few years ago for a lovely lady who is no longer with us. It was her favourite song and we always sang it together whenever I came to the care home ✨
