Well the chaotic energy of the moon certainly translated into AERIAL Yoga today 🌝🌚.
We had wellness and illness.....we spent far too long enjoying a cosy breast hammock, we had contortion, refusal, determination and dangling!!!!
I'll just go and lie down in a darkened room 😆......same time next week? 💕💕

Ahead of our 'water element' themed Women's Circle tomorrow, our 7 Dimensions Directors headed out to a floating Soundbath with Good For The Soul Holistics at Birtley Swimming Pool.
It was such a beautiful experience to simply float and let the healing vibrations wash over us.
Highly recommended 🙏💕
