Did you know we offer FREE Aerial Yoga for children every Saturday.
Specially designed for those children who may face extra challenges from autism or ADHD - classes are quieter, smaller and limited to just the hammocks. Children can explore and spin and learn at their own pace and parents can be next to them the whole time.
Our feedback so far has been fantastic and your child could be part of this. One of our children has even progressed to taking part in regular scheduled Aerial classes with bigger, louder groups using a wider range of kit.

Tonight's Sound & Healing journey will focus on Inner Light - Outer Shadow. 🌝🌚
We begin tonight with a gentle Qigong flow, gathering Heaven and Earth and flowing between light and shadow, followed by a seated meditation embracing wholeness and harmony, finally relaxing deeply into the Gong bath experiencing a journey between worlds.
Tea and chocolate provided
This session is fully funded for those who need it.

Time: 5.00pm - 7.30pm
Venue: Tempest Dance Studio Washington
Bring: Extra blankets, pillows, oodies, socks, hats and curiosity (weighted blankets and mats provided)

Just now and then I have a brief moment where I worry I'm not doing enough to help the beautiful people that attend our sessions. Then out of the blue I receive an email of feedback like I did today 🙏 These things do tend to come along at the right time don't they. Thank you to all of you for inspiring me and for bringing all of your gorgeous energy into our space, helping to nurture our 7 Dimensions family. Lots of love for you all ❤️
