Our Easter Sunday Soundbath is fully booked with 5 on the waiting list. We welcome each and every one of you 💕

It's really important to let us know if you cannot attend so we can give your place to someone who may need to be with us on Easter Sunday 🙏

If you cannot get in this Sunday we have a surprise session Saturday 11th April 3.30 - 6.00pm. We already have 3 booked and the date has just been released - sshhh there's a few hammocks available for the Saturday one too 🤫

As most of you know our funding for our 💛CHILDREN'S AERIAL YOGA💛 sessions is coming to an end.
We know what these sessions mean to you so we have decided to keep them running as a pay as you go service. This means that from Saturday 25th April you will be sent a payment link to pay £12 in advance, when you book in as normal.

This payment allows us to fund your instructor and the room hire fee which enables us to continue providing these valuable SEN sessions with small class numbers and focused instruction.

Thank you for your continued support. We hope to get funding in the future to support our programs.

UPDATED POLICY:
Our sessions are free of charge only due to the generosity of our current funders. They are paying for each of the sessions that you book so that you don't have to. Our sessions are mostly fully booked with waiting lists.

In order to make our sessions fair and available for all, cancellations on the day are now recorded as a no show.

Three no-shows will mean that you are unable to book ahead in the future - you may be able to book in on the day if spaces are available. No-shows can be removed from your record by paying in full for the class that you missed.

This does not apply if you have been given a cancellation slot on the day that you need to turn down.

You can still give us 24 hours notice to cancel your session. Please help us to keep these sessions running and free of charge by abiding by our booking policy.

We have missed our Sunday Sound Healing Sessions but we are BACK next Sunday!!

Mandy has been away to Samye Ling for more QiGong training in beautiful surroundings.... but normal service resumes this week AND we have THREE new instruments to add to our Sound Bath and even better, we have TWO rare SPACES available 🙏

We have spaces on MONDAY night (tomorrow) WUJI GONG training, suitable for beginners too 7.00pm

A ONE RARE space has become available in our Kids Aerial Yoga class tomorrow at 11.15.
Designed for children with additional needs such as autism or ADHD and other disabilities which may be hidden. No need to have a formal diagnosis.
