⭐️ new 6 week course of mummy and me Pilates course starts on Monday 24th of February at 9.30am in Fulwell community centre (Chapman street)⭐️
Physio led post natal Pilates classes are aimed at strengthening the pelvic floor and lower back post pregnancy. Classes combine baby massage so you can exercise alongside your baby.
All equipment provided, massage aimed at 6 weeks to pre crawling babies. Mummies must have had the all clear post 6 week check.
