Thank you so much to everyone that came along to this mornings Sunday Sanctuary Sound Journey 🙏💛 the energy in the room was so peaceful today 🧡

Today was also really special for me as I got to hold space for a beautiful young lady and her carers. We enjoyed a gentle relaxing sound bath 🫶

So grateful I get to do this work and help to bring some peace and calm to your day.

Yesterday was the first time I've ever gone out for a walk in the rain... on purpose 😅 and I absolutely loved it.

The sound of the rain on your hood when you stand still, the peace and stillness 🧡 and we almost had the whole place to ourselves.

Happy Monday everyone 💛✨️

After a lovely few days off, glad to be back to it and looking forward to a busy week ahead... planning more events, working on the website, learning, practicing and meeting new people 🫶

Join myself and for a beautiful evening of sound bathing and vocal frequency healing on Tuesday 24th Feb 💫
