This Thursday’s Soundbath sits beautifully in the energetic window of the New Moon and the Spring Equinox 🌙🌷🌿

🌙 The new moon represents a blank canvas , a time for reflection and the setting of new intentions. She invites us to begin again and embark on our own journey of transformation and growth.

🌷 The spring equinox, when day and night are equal in length, symbolises harmony, rebirth, and the balance between light and darkness. As nature awakens around us, it’s a beautiful moment to reflect on your own growth and how you’d like to evolve in the coming months.

Reflecting on yesterday's private sound journey for 2 best friends.

Feeling grateful to have witnessed and help facilitate a gentle unfolding, letting go and a lighter sense of being coming through for these beautiful besties. Also slightly obsessed with this photo of them in their after sound journey zen bubble 🫶

and RISE - a journey through hypnotherapy and sound 💛 Thank you Natalie for inviting me to be part of the evening and share the sound for this beautiful event.

It was really lovely to see everyone arrive, settle in, and give themselves the space to pause for a while.

Natalie gently guided everyone into a deep state of relaxation through hypnotherapy, and once the group had settled into that deeper state, I had the honour of holding the space through sound. Letting the vibrations move through the room and giving everyone time to simply rest and go inward, finding that peace... that place of stillness inside.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us with the space.

These evenings are a wonderful reminder of how important it is to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be.

🌸 Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

Today is a celebration of strength, resilience, and the light we carry inside, no matter what life has asked of us. We are not defined by our past, our challenges, or the things that tried to hold us back... we are defined by how we rise, heal, and show up for ourselves and each other 🧡

This is a reminder to pause, reflect, and honour the woman you are today. Take a moment to connect with your inner strength, to nurture yourself, and to share love with the women around you. Whether it’s a quiet reflection, a smile, a kind word, or time spent together... it all counts. ✨️

Tonight we shared a journey through sound.

A space to soften, to let go of the outside world for a while, to release what we’ve been holding and simply surrender to the moment.

There’s something very special about watching a room settle… bodies relaxing, minds quietening, and people reconnecting with that deeper, still place within themselves.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared the space this evening. I’m feeling very grateful after another sold out session. The energy in the room tonight was really beautiful.
