Following the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II a bank holiday has been declared for Monday 19th September to enable people to pay their respects on the day of the funeral. Therefore the surgery will be closed on this date and will reopen Tuesday 20th September.

During this time if you require non urgent medical advice call 111 or visit www.nhs.uk or if life threatening emergency call 999.

*PROPOSED RELOCATION TO RIVERVIEW HEALTH CENTRE*

Thank you to all who took part in the survey during July/August 2021 regarding our proposed relocation to Riverview Health Centre.

The results of the survey were extremely positive as shown:

98% of households had no concerns
1% made positive/other comments
1% of households expressed concern over parking/travel
