Perfect Physique  - YH Arthur  Personal Trainer When considering your goals, I tailor everything to meet your needs. The diet, routine, and hours/your schedule are all customised for you.

As Personal Trainer, I am here to help you improve your health, manage weight loss, tone and build muscle through better diet and exercise and improve your quality of life. Neither age nor sex are barriers to becoming fit. Now well into my sixth decade, I have been running for more than 30 years. I may not appear to look like a mature adult but trust me I am over 50 years of age and still feel within my prime. I am still running marathons, road races and Cross, Country, and managing to hold first, second, or third place titles as an individual as well as part of a team. This may sound like blowing my own trumpet, but my personal story proves that fitness success is a matter of working on your physique. Since taking my running seriously I have always supplemented my running training sessions with weight training and strength & conditioning sessions to build strength and endurance to aid my performance. Most importantly a balanced nutritional healthy diet. Let's Get Lifting
It's time to put to bed the myth that lifting weights is for nothing but building big muscles. Weight training can be used in a full range of techniques to help you strip fat and tone up or get ripped and build muscle, depending on what results you want. Resistance Exercises
Beyond focusing on lifting weights, I offer a variety of training methods and equipment, such as resistance bands, Swiss Ball, Bosu, Power Bags, Kettle Bells, viper, TRX , Battle Ropes, Tyres, Pad Workout and coming soon GuneX Cobra Training. Using just one peice of these equipment will allow you to work out and tone your entire body for better overall results, as opposed to weight training alone. All routines I offer are tailored for you and based on your schedule, fitness level and desired results. I will provide you with Nutritional and Healthy eating Advice, assist with Meal Planning, Weight Loss Management, Personalised TrainingProgramme/Home Programmes. My sessions will focus on challenging the mind and body, varied, interesting, fun and enjoyable. Together we will achieve the end results = REWARDS = Fitter/ Healthier Person/ Improve Quality of Life.

SURPRISE SURPRISE

So this happened yesterday

I wanted to challenge myself in doing my own Prep and with 6 weeks to be ready and speaking via social media to Ryan Wade of the IFBA Bodybuilding Association, who so gracefully praised me on my physique and muscle mass after taking the plunge and doing a local Open Show in Sunderland middle of September-WONπŸ†πŸ₯‡ - I was persuaded to compete.
Challenge- this is who I am- love to challenge myself and thrive and driven to succeed by this.

So yesterday I stepped on the Open Stage of the IFBA Mr & Miss United Kingdom, in the Women’s Bodybuilding and took 1st Place πŸ₯‡ πŸ†
I was so taken aback by the results as never expected 1st but so overwhelmed with excitement that me a πŸ’― Natty has just won this class - just goes to show never be afraid of who you are or what you represent- be proud of yourself and do what you do best.

On a separate note- I would like to really thank for putting on this awesome and well organised Show and most of all , I wish to thank Ryan Wade for reaching out to me and his encouraging feedback and support and also the Judging Panel and everyone who attended showing their support and encouragement πŸ˜„πŸ₯‡πŸ†πŸ’ͺ🏾
