Restoring Chu'el

Chu'el is the Mayan word which encompasses the soul, mind, body, emotions, aura, and non-physical bodies. Shamanic practitioners work to create balance in one's Chu'el.

You are invited to join me for a healing and magical workshop. Using shamanic practices including breathwork, prayer, sound and energy clearing, where I offer you a safe and loving space to release past tensions and connect deeper to your authentic self. The pure essence part of you, that is unchanged and untouched by life.
Breathwork helps us access altered states of consciousness, which is the key to entering your unconscious. You may experience somatic or emotional release, which will support your psychological wellbeing. Breathwork is rejuvenating for your nervous system, helping to clear fear and create more inner stability, calmness and space.
I would love to share with you some traditional medicine songs to open and fill your being with sacred frequencies, when we join our voices in unison there is a beautiful blossoming of the heart.

We’re still here •

I’ve just had a bit of a hiatus over the past few months while setting up shop in Cleadon.

Things are slowly getting back into shape but I won’t be taking on anymore clients, instead I’m going to be concentrating on the community work.
We do have and taking appointments (message them directly) and I’ll soon be announcing a special workshop ✨

We are delighted to announce that over the coming months we are able to offer our counselling services to those in need of support.

👶 Thanks to JoJo Maman Bébé we can offer mothers struggling with their mental health, who have children up to the age of 2 years old counselling support.

🌟 Thanks to we can offer children and young people aged 12 - 25 years old, counselling support who have experienced trauma, low mood, or anxiety.

👨 Thanks to those who took part in we can offer men aged 18+ who are struggling with their mental health, counselling support.

Community •

This year we’re doing things a little bit differently.
I love being able to offer services to help people to feel good about themselves, but for a while I’ve realised that lots of people just aren’t able to have these luxuries for one reason or another.

I’ve been working throughout most of last year trying to build up a CIC (community interest company) in order to access community funding opportunities to enable us to provide these services. And now, I’m really proud to say that we’re in a position to be able to do this 👏🏼👏🏼
We have already built up good relationships with .house.ne and and we can’t wait to work with others in our community.

So I’m now offering our services at hugely discounted prices to parents, carers and members of other community groups.
