Our community neuro rehab team (CNRT) are proud to make a difference in our community every day. They provide specialist, multidisciplinary rehabilitation support for adults with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, and brain injury. Their goal is to empower individuals and their carers to self-manage their conditions and improve quality of life.
