Carmel is investing in her own growth through a Senior Leadership in Healthcare Degree Apprenticeship, whilst leading our Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service.

She is also Chair of the Speech and Language Degree Apprenticeship for the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, making sure future apprenticeship are up to standard.

Our Health Visiting Service is led by qualified nurses with specialist training in child development and health promotion. They support families from pregnancy right through to a child’s fifth birthday, offering advice on everything from feeding and development to emotional wellbeing.
