When someone you’ve lost suddenly pops into your head,
out of nowhere, in the middle of your day… that’s not random.

That’s them.

They step close. They brush against your energy. And your mind registers it as a sudden memory, a flash of their face, or just... them.

After 20 years as a medium, I can tell you this with certainty:

It happens in the most ordinary moments:

- Washing dishes
- Driving to work
- Mid-conversation with someone else
- Scrolling on your phone

And suddenly…there they are.

You didn’t “think of them.” They thought of YOU.

They’re saying: “I’m here. I’m close. I haven’t gone anywhere.”

- Pause.
- Acknowledge them.
- Say hi (out loud or in your mind). Thank them for the visit.

That moment isn’t grief playing tricks on you. It’s love transcending dimensions. They’re not gone. They’ve just changed form.

The Story Of The ModernDay Medium

What an exciting journey it’s been to date. It all started for me at the age of 12, my very first encounter with spirit was a visit at night in my bedroom. My guide stood in the corner of the room and just looked at me, as you can imagine I thought I was going mad. Later that night I could hear people walking around the house and my voice being called in my ear, I had no idea who or what it was, my poor dad would often have to get up in the middle of the night just to check the house for burglars!

Then after a few months it all went quiet, no more visitations or hearing people calling out my name. However, since that visitation I always had a sense of feeling a little different and a strong sense of just knowing things. After many years my connection with spirit started again and you could say I was fast tracked. Along with my sisters The Spirit Sisters I have been a columnist for The Daily Mirror and had articles in spiritual magazines Soul and Spirit, Kindred Spirit, Spirit and Destiny, I am also an author of a holist cookbook Meridian Menus. I am a Touch for Health Kinesiology consultant and instructor, Reiki Master, Rahanni healer, and platform medium. I have loved every part of my journey so far and always embrace the new x
