🎄 A Truly Lovely Day Out at the Macc Care Christmas Competition 🎄

We had such a wonderful time attending the Macc Care Christmas Competition and it really felt like the start of the festive season for us all. Everyone got involved by bringing along a cake, a Christmas card and plenty of festive cheer, making the day feel extra special.

It was so nice to get out, meet others, share ideas, enjoy the atmosphere and see all the amazing effort that went into the competition. There was lots of laughter, conversation and of course some delicious cakes to enjoy along the way!❤️

✨🎄 A Very Special Festive Performance by the Children of Boldmere School 🎶✨

Today we were delighted to welcome the wonderful children from Boldmere School, who treated our residents to a heart-warming Christmas choir performance. Their beautiful voices, confidence and festive spirit filled our home with joy, smiles and a real sense of Christmas magic ❤️

Our residents absolutely loved it – singing along, clapping, and soaking up such a special intergenerational moment. Thank you to the children and staff of Boldmere School for taking the time to visit and spread so much happiness. You truly made our day 🎄✨

⚽💙 We loved welcoming the football kids back to Sutton Rose yesterday! Wearing their Sutton Rose kits, they spent time with our residents, enjoyed movies in the cinema, and shared lots of smiles and laughter. The residents absolutely loved seeing them again — a truly heart-warming evening for everyone involved.

❤️🎄 Visit from the Salvation Army ❤️🎄

Today we were delighted to welcome members of the Salvation Army into our home. Their visit brought such a lovely atmosphere, filling the day with warmth, kindness and a real sense of togetherness.

Our residents really enjoyed spending time with them — sharing conversations, smiles and the true spirit of Christmas. Moments like these mean so much and remind us how important community, connection and compassion are, especially at this time of year.

A huge thank you to the Salvation Army for taking the time to visit us and bring such positivity into our home. It was a truly heartwarming day for everyone involved. ❤️

✨🎄Christmas Jumper Day at Sutton Rose ✨🎄
The atmosphere in the home today was honestly brilliant. Everyone brought their A-game with the jumpers — residents, staff, the lot. You could feel the buzz around the building all day; people chatting, laughing, showing off their jumpers, and just genuinely enjoying themselves.

It’s days like this that remind us how much a simple bit of fun can lift the whole place. The residents looked amazing, the staff got fully involved, and the festive spirit has definitely arrived at Sutton Rose.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and made today such a good one. Roll on the rest of the Christmas celebrations. 🎄✨

🌟 A Fun-Filled Day at Sutton Rose! 🌟

What a fantastic day our residents have enjoyed today! 🎉
We were treated to a wonderful live performance of Oliver Twist, followed by plenty of smiles and chatter during our knitting sessions, and a peaceful and uplifting church service to end the day.

It’s days like these that truly bring our home to life — full of laughter, creativity, music and togetherness. 💛
