Basil the therapy dog prepared for his important visit today… because apparently “eau de muddy park puddle” isn’t the most popular scent in here?
He had the full treatment: shampoo, rinse, and a very serious towel-dry zoomie around the house. Now he’s fluffy, fresh, and ready to report for cuddling duty.

Great fun today at Marian House with our Gfitness session with Katie! 💪😊
Everyone enjoyed a fantastic mix of chair-based exercises, armchair aerobics, and ball games, keeping bodies moving and spirits high. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, teamwork, and plenty of laughter throughout the session.
Staying active at any age helps improve mobility, strength, and wellbeing — and today proved that exercise can be fun for everyone! 🎈
