Hello All,

Unfortunately due to other commitments we are unable to continue with Evolve. Other commitments are preventing us from giving Evolve the attention it needs as a Business serving all that attend for Health & Wellness requirement.

What this means is that we are looking for someone to potentially take ownership of the Business. Which comes with 3 kitted out contrast rooms, 3 cold water chillers, 2 saunas, shower room, sports massage/ reiki healing room, Bloodworks and health screening workshops & wellness products.

If you are interested then please do not hesitate to DM us for further information.

However, failure to pass evolve on as an operating Buisness. Will sadly mean we will look set to close our doors for good on Evolve.

Evolve has served a purpose to the community in wellness and recovery needs. Whilst also producing a thriving community of likeminded people who attend groups camps, hikes & wild cold water dips. The community is created is a testiment to what has been created by Evolve itself.

As it pains me to be writing this, I know that to deliver the best service it requires full commitment to our customers. And due to other commitments we just cannot cater on the same level as we once did.

Our last trading day will be 28th February 2025 in event the Buisness does not find a new owner.

We apologise to all, but also thank each and everyone of you for your much valued support.

Evolve Group Camp, Day Hike & Dip 🙏🏻🥰🫶🏽💜

Wow - what an amazing weekend in Wales, Camping 🏕️, Barbecue 🍗, Camp Fire 🔥, Music 🎶, Toasting Marshmallows & Great likeminded souls.

🏕️ We stopped at Gwern Gof Isaf Campsite which offers spectacular views of Tryfan, Pen yr Ole Wen & the Ogwen Valley area. The campsite has toilet, washing and shower facilities. From this location you can watch both the sunrise & sunset blissfully.

🔥 Saturday evening was all about connecting. People getting to know each other & communicating around the campfire with the BBQ on, toasting marshmallows, listening to stories, perceptions and good music. 3 single parents brought along there children and it was amazing to see them having so much fun out in nature.

🥾 Sunday we hiked Y-Garn (10th highest in wales 947m) We had along with us Poppy 7 years old, Ruby 5 years old & Sonny 4 years old. These kids absolutely bossed it, not once did they complain & they all made it up and down without assistance. I’m Mega proud of these little guys & the parents must be over the moon with them. We stayed at the top to take in the Panaramic views of Snowdonia where we could see for miles over to the different ranges & the coastline.

💧 After the hike everyone went for a little dip in the Tarn “Llyn Idwal” to cool off. We could lot of wished for better weather the whole weekend

😊 Evolve had a vision of how this weekend should be and all the people attended created just that. It went to plan and was great to see everyone enjoying themselves & stepping out of their comfort zones. Some people camping for the first time, some in wales for the first time & some first time up a mountain.

Sunday we had the pleasure of hosting a female group event with 10 persons using the powers of Contrast Therapy. Thank to

We have 3 totally private rooms. 3 different cold plunge tubs to accommodate all shapes and sizes. 3 chiller and dual filteration units to keep water chilled & crystal clean. 2 rooms containing saunas. 2 different saunas both Infrared & Traditional are on offer. We offer groups sessions to upto 10 persons at a time. We offer a range of natural wellness products in store.

Downstairs we have available Reki & Sports Massage, IV Drips & Bloodwork Clinic. A welcoming reception where clients can relax & furthermore add further wellness products to choose from.
