🌟 Celebrating Our Incredible Nursing Team! 🌟

From the Healthcare Assistants, who carry out a wide range of vital checks and procedures, to the Practice Nurses who support patients with long-term conditions like diabetes and asthma - our Nursing Team plays a vital role in keeping our patients healthy and cared for every day. 💉💙

They’re often the first friendly faces you see, the steady hands during your treatments, and the compassionate listeners who take the time to make sure you understand your care.

Our nursing team don’t just deliver care - they make care possible. They provide vaccinations, wound dressings, cervical screenings, health advice, and so much more, all with professionalism, patience, and kindness.

Over the past year, we’ve seen some wonderful growth and changes within our Nursing Team and we’re excited to share an update with you all!

🩺 Holly is our Lead Practice Nurse. She welcomed a baby boy earlier this year, and we’re so pleased to share that she’s back in practice running adhoc clinics until she returns from maternity leave early next year.
👩‍⚕️ She’s joined by our skilled Practice Nurses Sarah and Laurie, who continue to provide excellent care and support to our patients.
đź’™ Charlotte, who many of you will know, has progressed from Healthcare Assistant to Nursing Associate after successfully completing her training last year - a fantastic achievement!
🤝 Our brilliant Healthcare Assistants, Jenny and Donna, continue to be key members of the team and we’re delighted to welcome Emma, our newest HCA, who has recently joined us.

If you see one of our nurses this week, don’t forget to say hello and let them know how much they’re appreciated! 💙
