It’s simple and convenient to request your repeat medication through the NHS App! You can also use other approved online services, or contact the surgery directly if you need support using the NHS App.

Please remember to make your request a few working days before you run out, to allow time for it to be reviewed and processed.

🥣🧦 “Soup and Socks” is back! 🧦🥣

We’re so happy to share that our Soup and Socks Collection is happening again this year.

We’re collecting non-perishable food items and new socks, gloves, scarves or hats to support our local community through the colder months. Every little bit helps make a big difference.

If you’re able to contribute, please drop off your donations at reception up until 12th December.

Thank you for helping us spread warmth and kindness this season!

📣 Update on Our Clinical Team

We’re pleased to share some updates about our clinical team.

Our GP partnership team includes:
• Dr Chakraborty, Senior GP Partner
• Dr Chilamkurthi, GP Partner
• Dr Yadlapalli, GP Partner
• Dr Gillani, GP Partner

We also have Dr Malik, who joined us last year as a salaried GP, and Dr Joel, who has recently joined the practice and is working three days a week.

The addition of another GP will help increase the number of appointments available and support us in meeting patient demand.

Mandy, our highly experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, continues to be a valued member of our team, having worked at the practice for over 20 years.

We are also a training practice, and regularly support GP registrars. We currently have Dr Mutenga, who will be with us until summer next year. Dr Kayode completes her rotation in December, after which we’ll be welcoming a new registrar.

Thank you for your continued support.

Today we pause to remember and honour all those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.

At 11am, our team will join the nation in observing a two-minute silence to reflect on the courage and dedication of the Armed Forces, past and present.

We will remember them. ❤️

We provide lifechanging physical, mental and financial support to UK veterans and their families no matter when or where they served.

🌟 Celebrating Our Incredible Nursing Team! 🌟

From the Healthcare Assistants, who carry out a wide range of vital checks and procedures, to the Practice Nurses who support patients with long-term conditions like diabetes and asthma - our Nursing Team plays a vital role in keeping our patients healthy and cared for every day. 💉💙

They’re often the first friendly faces you see, the steady hands during your treatments, and the compassionate listeners who take the time to make sure you understand your care.

Our nursing team don’t just deliver care - they make care possible. They provide vaccinations, wound dressings, cervical screenings, health advice, and so much more, all with professionalism, patience, and kindness.

Over the past year, we’ve seen some wonderful growth and changes within our Nursing Team and we’re excited to share an update with you all!

🩺 Holly is our Lead Practice Nurse. She welcomed a baby boy earlier this year, and we’re so pleased to share that she’s back in practice running adhoc clinics until she returns from maternity leave early next year.
👩‍⚕️ She’s joined by our skilled Practice Nurses Sarah and Laurie, who continue to provide excellent care and support to our patients.
💙 Charlotte, who many of you will know, has progressed from Healthcare Assistant to Nursing Associate after successfully completing her training last year - a fantastic achievement!
🤝 Our brilliant Healthcare Assistants, Jenny and Donna, continue to be key members of the team and we’re delighted to welcome Emma, our newest HCA, who has recently joined us.

If you see one of our nurses this week, don’t forget to say hello and let them know how much they’re appreciated! 💙

It’s Odd Socks Day on 10th November! 🧦

We’re joining in to celebrate what makes us all unique and to raise awareness for Anti-Bullying Week.

Odd Socks Day is a fun way to remind everyone that it’s okay to be different — in fact, our differences make us stronger!

So, on the 10th, pop on your brightest, boldest, or most mismatched socks and show your support for kindness, inclusion, and respect.

Let’s stand together against bullying — one odd sock at a time! 🧦💪

All you need to do is wear odd socks! It's a great way to celebrate what makes us all unique in Anti-Bullying Week!
