It’s how we hear what’s actually going on - how their suicidality is structured, its progression, its velocity, and what it means to the person experiencing it.

If you can’t it, you can’t intervene.

It shames, it embarrasses, and shuts them down.

Why?

Because at the time, it makes perfect sense.
