It is Caremark’s belief that everybody should have the right to choose to remain in their own home & be given the care & support required to do so as safely & securely as possible. Caremark (Mansfield & Ashfield) provides personalised care & support in Mansfield & the surrounding areas, offering as much or as little support as necessary. Delivering a great service isn’t something that can be left to chance & our established policies & procedures ensure that we deliver the best possible care to our customers at all times. At Caremark (Mansfield & Ashfield) we believe in the importance of family, & our care staff are members of our family, working to the same goals & outcomes for all our customers. We value our staff, as without them there would be no Caremark, & we invest time & money in their training, supporting them to ensure that their goals are reached & that they are the best that they can be. Providing a care service involves a financial cost. However, at Caremark (Mansfield & Ashfield) we believe in maintaining fair & competitive fee levels that are honest & transparent. We charge an appropriate fee that covers carer wages, training & development of staff and other necessary overheads. Life isn’t simple, care isn’t simple. Challenges will arise through the delivery of quality care. Caremark (Mansfield & Ashfield) will overcome these challenges through effective communication, training, good management & great leadership. Our mission can only be realised through our shared beliefs & working together as a team, with you, the customer at the forefront of everything we do.
