I’m not here to lie to you. I won’t tell you that getting fitter is easier because well it isn’t. But being fitter has so many rewards you can’t even contemplate yet.
You have to push yourself past the edge of your current capabilities in order to actually get fitter and stronger and that’s hard not just physically but mentally too.
Your body will adapt to the stress placed on it repeatedly.
So if your current fitness level = sitting on the sofa watching Netflix, starting will feel difficult.
But on the other side of effort is the rewards of an easier life. Getting up the stairs, carrying ALL the shopping from the car, tying your shoes, running for the bus or even just beating the DPD man with his game of knock a door run just becomes a little easier.
Being fitter unlocks new skills and possibilities for the whole of life.
Our goal isn’t to write vomit inducing workouts that will make you want to run away and never come back.
