Anyone fancy a career change?

If you work in a pub, restaurant, cinema or anywhere else in the leisure industry you already have 2/3rds of what it takes for Community Care. For those of you saying how is it similar, well…….
You work unsociable hours and strange shifts and so do we.
You get paid by the hour and so do we (except we probably pay higher)
You serve people all day and so do we.
You may have some customers who are a little bit more challenging well so do we.
You are usually patient, have a sense of humor, are a good listener and able to multitask, guess what so are we :)
Don't struggle with current economic times if you want to try but still aren't quite sure, have a chat, come out for some shadowing you may just find you actually like it.
Community Care is a sector that will never suffer through economic downturn and the opportunities for advancement are endless.

We are looking for community carers. Experience is not required as we will train you and you will always be working with an experienced carer. You will need an exceptional sense of humor and that's just to deal with the cave dwellers (office staff) and a lot of patience.
As we aim to remain covid free you will to dress like a space man (full ppe) we have even renamed the office’ Area 51’.
In exchange for your sanity and a life sentence you will receive:
Training in about 300 different qualifications
Including any age apprenticeship and including level 5 for those that want to manage in the future.
Full or Part time hours available
All PPE ( Area 51 looks like a storage unit)
Uniforms
All contractual rights
Awards
Rewards
DBS
And a whole host of things you probably don't even want.
We are a highly professional company however we are human (well unless its a full moon then its debatable) fun and realistic, we know you aren't robots so when we shove 300 hrs on your rota we know you will cope.
We cover Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield and surrounding areas.
We believe in continuity of care and keeping people in their familiar home environment
We are looking for Drivers
As many hours as you would like to work.
Drivers will need access to a vehicle, I don't care if its a camel or a magic carpet so long as it gets you from A to Z.
