January can feel a bit long. The days are short, the weather's a mixed bag and our enthusiasm can be in short supply. Here are 5 ways to take the edge off.

🪴 Keep a bit of a routine. Nothing too strict - just enough to give the day a shape.

🪴 Get some fresh air. A little bit of time in outside does wonders when you're feeling stuffy. Coats were invented for a reason!

🪴 Enjoy good company. Have a natter, set the world to rights, play a game, spend some time together.

🪴 Have something to look forward to. It could be an activity, a visitor or maybe a film - give the week a highlight.

🪴 Go easy on yourself. Remember that rest is productive and Spring will be here soon.
