Yoga with Lorraine classes at St Nicholas Church hall end next week 14/7/22 Thurs 6-7pm. Then by request in the summer - the venue can be at home, in a garden or in a park. Also yoga is available via google meet. Our small and friendly group are back in the hall on 8/9/22.

Between 2012 and 2016, the number of Americans doing yoga jumped by 80%, from 20.4 million to 36.7 million.
