Our residents were treated go not one but two trips to London this week:

Lunch in the V&A Globe cafe followed by a really interesting tour of three very important historical beds at the museum & a trip to the London Coliseum for “HMS Pinafore” at the relaxed performance where we tried on costumes and meet the actors.

We celebrated Gladys 102nd birthday in style at the Royal British Legion Club in Worcester Park. Gladys & husband had been members for over 30 years having both been in the RAF. Gladys special wish was to go back for a visit and the wonderful RBL team including the chairman & committee members did her proud. What an afternoon memory she will never forget. Thank you so much to the RBL!
